In addition to our regular carer groups, we organise trips, events, activities and meet ups across the county. Check out our newsletter for up to date information.
Carer Meals - Our meals are a great way to meet new people in a relaxed environment, you are responsible for paying for your own food and drinks but everyone is welcome, so feel free to bring a friend or the person you care for. We would love to hear your suggestions for good restaurants or cafes to try in your area.
Walks - Our walks are open to everyone and tend to run from Spring to Autumn when the weather is likely to be on our side. Walks range in distance and accessibility, so be sure to check the details in our newsletter or on our events page on the website.
Trips - We run trips throughout the year, some with transport and some without. Our trips usually come with a small charge, to help cover our costs as a small charity. One of our most popular is our annual Beamish trip, held in August, which usually sees more than 100 people joining us for a great day out.
Other Activities - We also put on quizzes, afternoon teas, information events, online sessions and much more.
We have a limited number of passes that allow free access to Alnwick Garden / Lilidorei.
Bookings can be made to access the Garden and Lilidorei for registered carers and additional guests.
